This is where the main body of the page will appear. As with all our templates we suggest you break up the appearance of the page in some way to make it more visually appealing to visitors to your site.
You could break the page into sections, add images, or possibly change the appearance of some of the text...
As you can see, you can have the navigation menu in the header or alternatively in the left column.
