This is a nice, simple design with a menu bar on the left hand side.
The image at the top of the page can easily be replaced with a company logo or something more suitable for your company.
We can also add external links or "Latest News" sections on the left if required
NB/ The currently active page is indicated in the menu.
We can even add a right hand column for links, additional add-ons, etc. although this may make the page look a little cramped.
