Creating a template-based Website with ANTMAR - a step-by-step guide

Customer to choose their preferred website name and Check availability of the domain.
2. Customer to select one of our Templates.
3. Customer to place initial order request which will include details of site name chosen, customer contact details, template chosen and required number of pages. If customer requires any additional add-ons they should include this in the notes when submitting the initial order.
4. ANTMAR contacts customer to clarify requirements then provides a formal quote, valid for 8 weeks.
5. ANTMAR provide an invoice to the customer for a 20% non-refundable deposit, along with a document outlining the work required.
6. Customer provides payment of deposit - this secures the work at the price quoted.
7. ANTMAR secure domain name and provide customer with a login account to be used to provide website wording, page headings and upload any images required on the website.
8. ANTMAR create new website and publish pages on agreed website name, liaising with the Customer to ensure the site is as required.
9. ANTMAR send invoice for outstanding amount along with formal sign-off document.
10. Customer returns a signed copy of formal sign-off document along with final payment. Customer must return signed-off document and payment within 6 weeks, otherwise the new website will be removed.
ANTMAR after-sales service
ANTMAR will provide 6 hours free updates for each customer we create a website for. These
free update hours are to be used only to make any minor alterations from the original site and must be used within 2 months.
ANTMAR are available to provide further alterations or a re-design at a cost of 25 GB pounds per hour.
NB/ We only charge for time spent discussing and making alterations. It is not our policy to make unnecessary charges to add to the financial burden of our customers - we want you to come back to us or recommend us to others and making unnecessary charges would make this far less likely to happen.
